Job Description: Salary- $70k-$75k Retail Operations Project Manager Job Responsibilities • Lead, plan and coordinate retail operations projects that facilitate improved performance and enhance efficiencies through establishing best practices. (Examples include continuous improvement of store operations process and procedures; store payroll planning and budgeting, field incentive programs, etc.) • Lead, plan and coordinate sales driving initiatives for retail stores. • Develop and implement store operations policies and procedures. • Serve as primary communication liaison between retail stores and the corporate office. • Work with cross-functional business partners across multiple operational projects. • Support and liaison with departments, ensuring that all initiatives are focused on driving sales, profitability, improved business processes, productivity and the Customer experience. • Design, author and execute communication of business critical information from the corporate office to retail stores. • Represent retail stores in cross functional meetings and ensure decisions support the overall operating model and strategy. • Act as the retail store expert, serving as a thought leader for projects, driving change across the organization, building strong relationships with cross functional departments. • Actively work to understand retail needs and suggest and execute initiatives designed to support the business. • Design and execute quantitative analysis to help improve day-to-day retail store performance. • Ad-hoc reporting. • Manage and monitor dry supplies. • Lead and facilitate new store openings. • Manage and monitor inventory levels. • Maintenance of retail store database. Qualifications • Retail field experience (either direct in-store, or in an Operations role) • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills required • Highly developed verbal, written and presentation skills • Proven project management skills • Strong retail business acumen • Comfortable with uncertainty and willingness to take risks • Ability to positively influence people to gain support • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Organizational skills, self-motivated and focused on meeting budgets and deadlines in a fast paced environment • Some travel required We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
